The focus of the Good Beer Festival is of course, craft beer, but we're also about good times! Take part in some of our fun activities to enhance your festival experience. Below are the 2017 activities; stay tuned for 2018 updates.
For only $5, get four opportunities to play our carnival-inspired games with a chance to pick up Good Beer Festival merchandise or swag from the
breweries featured in the Local Beer Garden.
Games include Hot Shot, Ring Toss and Around The World.
No one leaves empty-handed, though! Players will receive a voucher for a commemorative Good Beer Festival pint glass, which can be redeemed when leaving the festival. (While supplies last.) Sorry, no pint glasses allowed inside the gates.
These grown-up games are available for free play during the festival.
Watch the weekend's biggest football games in the Sports Zone during the Good Beer Festival.
Wicomico County Recreation & Parks is proud to partner with the Hebron Lions Club to present the Toss for a Cause Cornhole Tournament benefiting the Lions Vision Research Foundation.
Vote for your favorite brewery in the Local Beer Garden. Attendees with tasting tickets will receive a bottle cap when they walk in. After tasting beers from the eight local breweries in the Local Beer Garden, put your bottle cap in the mason jar representing your favorite brewery to cast your vote. Mason jars will be out all day on Saturday and until 3:30 p.m. Sunday so that votes can be counted. The winner will be announced at the festival Sunday.
Pemberton Hall was built on the Wicomico River near Salisbury in 1741 by Isaac Handy, one of the city's founders. The Hall is the only original 18th century house open to the public on the lower Eastern Shore. Free tours will be available during the festival.
